Our Vanilla Sour Cream and Buttermilk Chocolate Fudge cakes swirled together! Paired with nearly all the fillings we offer but mostly a Chocolate Buttercream or Raspberry Buttercream is a staff pick. Definitely a crowd favorite!

Vanilla Sour Cream Pound cake
This is a 48 year old family recipe and our most popular choice of cake. It has a moist, melt-in-your-mouth texture that is the perfect canvas for any of our fillings!

Confetti
This festive cake is popular with kids and adults alike! It is made with our best selling vanilla sour cream pound cake batter with rainbow sprinkles mixed in. This cake evokes memories for many people, and it is often paired with our old-fashioned vanilla butter cream – a taste from your childhood, but even better!

Vanilla Chocolate Chip
Mini chocolate chips are baked into this yummy batter. Favorite pairings: old-fashioned vanilla butter cream and chocolate butter cream or Cookies and cream butter cream.

Red Velvet
Another crowd favorite, this deep red cake is made with lots of cocoa and buttermilk. Ours has a soft crumb and a distinct chocolate flavor, which really sets it apart from other red velvet cakes. We almost always match this up with our old-fashioned vanilla butter cream, but you could also opt for our cream cheese butter cream for a less-sweet filling, or get fruity with it and add raspberry butter cream.

Chocolate
Our buttermilk fudge cake is chocolatey and moist, and made with plenty of Belgium cocoa. Our secret is adding sour cream which adds richness. This is delicious with any chocolate or vanilla filling, and extra-special with, raspberry, mocha or peanut butter-butter cream.

Southern Hazelnut Praline
Our vanilla sour cream pound cake with hazelnuts and pecans. It pairs great with our butter pecan frosting.

Almond
Pure almond extract scents this delicious and rich pound cake. This cake has a dense crumb, which is perfect for sculpted cakes! We love pairing it with our salted caramel buttercream or raspberry jam + chocolate butter cream.

Pink Champagne
This pretty champagne cake is a delicious classic from the ’60s but it will never go out of style! We love that it’s a mashup of our favorite celebration foods, bubbly and cake! It’s a party on a cake stand and a perfect way to celebrate any occasion or holiday.

Lemon Velvet or Orange Velvet or Triple Citrus Velvet
Moist and zesty, this cake is sunshine in every bite! We love this sandwiched with a thin layer of our house-made curd and any of our zest butter creams.

Red Raspberry Parfait
It is made with our best selling vanilla sour cream pound cake batter with red raspberry jam swirled in. You can also try it in our buttermilk fudge cake it rocks!

Lemon Blueberry
Moist and zesty, this cake is sunshine in every bite but now with fresh blueberries compote swirled in! We love this sandwiched with a thin layer of our house-made blueberry jam and lemon butter cream.

Strawberry Parfait
It’s like sweet strawberries meet our awesome vanilla cream sour cream pound cake, Try it with our strawberry jam and it will be like a strawberry shortcake!

Carrot
Our carrot cake has fresh grated carrots and cinnamon. This cake is super-moist.

Banana
Decadent and full of rich banana goodness and spice. So good filled with Nutella butter cream or chocolate butter cream

Pumpkin Spice (seasonal)
Velvety, moist pumpkin cake accented with warm spices. We love to pair this with our caramel butter cream in the fall or our old-fashioned vanilla butter cream. It tastes just like autumn!

Apple Spice (seasonal)
This is a sweet and spicy cake perfect for autumn weddings; this soul-satisfying cake goes best with a rustic theme.

Gingerbread (seasonal)
Is there any other flavor that screams “holiday” quite like gingerbread? One of our favorites is our gingerbread cake full of spices and layered with a coffee buttercream.

Rich American-style butter cream made with pure butter, vanilla, sugar.

Chocolate Butter cream
Rich American-style butter cream made with pure butter, vanilla, sugar, and adding melted bittersweet Belgian chocolate to our Old Fashioned Vanilla butter cream.

Raspberry Butter cream
Made with pure raspberry puree, this fruity icing pairs especially well with our buttermilk fudge cake or lemon pound cake.

Strawberry Butter cream
Made with pure strawberry puree, this fruity icing pairs beautifully pairs with our confetti, lemon and vanilla pound cakes.

Orange or Lemon Zest Butter cream
Made with freshly zested lemons and their juice, this fruity icing pairs especially well with our Strawberry Parfait pound cake,

Blueberry Butter cream
Made with blueberry puree, this fruity icing pairs quite well with our lemon pound cake, vanilla pound cake and lemon blueberry pound cake.

Peanut Butter cream
Our creamy peanut butter-butter cream is totally amazing sandwiched with our chocolate cake – believe it!

Mocha Butter cream
Our chocolate butter cream and coffee mixed together to add a uniqueness to your cake.

Cinnamon Butter cream
We use Vietnamese cinnamon in our butter cream. It is the strongest, richest and sweetest of all cinnamons. This vibrant cinnamon shines through in our butter cream

Almond Butter cream
Our Rich American style butter cream laced with almond flavor.

Pink Champagne
Our Rich American style butter cream with pink champagne added to it. It isn’t pink but we can add a touch of color to it upon request.

 

Espresso Butter cream
Have you ever tried a scoop of cool vanilla ice cream with a shot of hot espresso poured over it? It’s called affogato, and it’s heavenly. That’s pretty close to this, only in the form of a satiny butter cream. You’ll want to try it with chocolate, banana, or vanilla buttermilk cake.

Caramel Butter cream
This fall favorite is made with our decadent house-made caramel and is the perfect counterpoint to our pumpkin spice cake.

Butter Pecan or Hazelnut Praline Butter cream

Do we really need to describe this further? Get this inside a banana cake and you won’t want to share!

Vanilla Swiss Meringue Butter cream
This classic European-style butter cream is made with pillowy whipped meringue, pure sweet cream butter and pure vanilla.

Cream Cheese Buttercream
Philadelphia cream cheese and our buttercream; it’s a winning combination! Try it as chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, lemon or orange!

Mousse
Our mousse is made with mascarpone cheese, which is a soft Italian cream cheese. It’s very versatile in that it can be flavored with anything. Try chocolate, Oreo, coconut strawberry, hazelnut, almond etc.
