This is a 47 year old family recipe and our most popular choice of cake. It has a moist, melt-in-your-mouth texture that is the perfect canvas for any of our fillings!
This festive cake is popular with kids and adults alike! It is made with our best selling Vanilla Sour Cream Pound Cake batter with rainbow sprinkles mixed in. This cake evokes memories for many people, and it is often paired with our old-fashioned vanilla butter cream – a taste from your childhood, but even better!
Vanilla Chocolate Chip
Mini chocolate chips are baked into this yummy batter. Favorite pairings include, old-fashioned vanilla butter cream and chocolate butter cream or cookies and cream butter cream icing.
Another crowd favorite, this deep red cake is made with lots of cocoa and buttermilk. Ours has a soft crumb and a distinct chocolate flavor, which really sets it apart from other red velvet cakes. We almost always match this up with our old-fashioned vanilla butter cream, but you could also opt for our cream cheese butter cream for a less-sweet filling, or get fruity with it and add raspberry butter cream.
Our Buttermilk Fudge Cake is chocolatey and moist, and made with plenty of Belgium cocoa. Our secret is adding sour cream which adds richness. This is delicious with any chocolate or vanilla filling, and extra-special with raspberry, mocha or peanut butter butter cream.

Cinnamon Butter cream
We use Vietnamese cinnamon in our butter cream. It is the strongest, richest and sweetest of all cinnamons. If you like cinnamon, this vibrant cinnamon shining through makes this a great choice.
Similar to a rich chocolate mousse in texture, our truffle cream is made with pure cream and bittersweet Belgian chocolate. We haven’t found many cakes that don’t want to be paired with this filling!
Lemon or Orange Curd Butter cream
This zippy butter cream is made by adding house-made lemon curd to our vanilla butter cream. The perfect balance of tart and sweet!
Apricot Butter cream
Pretty and peach-hued, this silken butter cream pairs beautifully with vanilla and almond pound cake.
Passion fruit Butter cream
Made with pure passion fruit puree, this icing has a citrusy and light floral flavor. We love this inside coconut, almond pound and vanilla cakes the best. Go crazy and add a thin spread of raspberry jam too – you won’t be sorry!
Espresso Butter cream
Have you ever tried a scoop of cool vanilla ice cream with a shot of hot espresso poured over it? It’s called an affogato, and it’s heavenly. That’s pretty close to this, only in the form of a satiny butter cream. You’ll want to try it with chocolate, banana, or vanilla buttermilk cake.
