French Macarons Class(SOLD OUT)

Why do you think macarons have become so popular?
Their Parisian heritage certainly counts for something, but don’t underestimate the power of pretty colors — who doesn’t love a fancy, bite-sized treat? They’re indulgent without being over-the-top. They’re high in sugar, but the only fat comes from the almonds and possibly the filling. They’re naturally gluten-free, too.

Amaze friends and family with delicate, delectable macarons right from your own kitchen. These quintessentially French cookies can be tricky to make, but our instructor will walk you through every step of the process. We’ll cover the essentials from meringue making to macronage, piping with precision to achieving the perfect pied (foot). Plus, we’ll show you how to create delectable fillings like ganache and buttercream, which you can use as a starting point for your own delicious flavor combinations.
Why would one make them at home instead of buying them ready-made? The difference in cost is pretty incredible. A single macaron costs about $0.18 to make at home, whereas a bakery version can set you back up to $4 per cookie. They’re not difficult to make, either — just very precise. Our recipe has removed all the guesswork.

NOTE: No refunds, transfers, gift cards or credits will be issued for cancellations within seven calendar days of the class date. We cannot provide refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for classes missed because of illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond our control.
When you register for a class, you reserve a slot that determines how much food we buy, how many work stations we set up and the total number of students, which determines whether the class will be held.
To cancel, you must notify us by phone/and or email, at least seven (7) calendar days before the class is held. You can send another person in your place or transfer to another class (based upon availability). Or we will issue a TMB gift card redeemable for another class. This option is available only if you cancel more than seven days before the scheduled class date.
We will be happy to send you the recipes for the class if you are unable to attend for any reason. Please email us for this information.
