Cancellation Policy

All orders are custom-made and reserved specifically for your requested date. Because ingredients are purchased and production time is scheduled in advance, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

Standard Orders:

Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. No refunds, transfers, gift cards, or store credits will be issued for cancellations made within seven (7) calendar days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Wedding Cakes:

Wedding cake orders require a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) calendar days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are non-refundable.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the preparation required for each order, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations due to illness, job loss, personal emergencies, weather, venue changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

To cancel an order, you must notify us by phone and/or email within the required cancellation timeframe. Cancellations are only considered valid once confirmation has been received from our bakery.

To cancel, you must notify us by phone/and or email, at least seven (7) calendar days before your order is to be picked up or delivered.

Shipping Policies:

We do not ship or mail any of our products. Pick-up is at our location in West Chester(319 W Gay Street) or we can deliver within the Philadelphia area only for an agreed upon upgrade cost.

Weather Policies:

No refund, gift cards or credits will be given In lieu of any predicted Act of God(snowstorm, flooding, hurricane, etc) if notice of cancellation is not given within 3 days of the scheduled pickup/delivery of your cake or desserts.
